Anchor- Her death remains a mystery. A 37 year-old woman died suddenly back in February, and so
far no one knows why. Now the
family is using cyberspace to try to get some answers.
Ken Pritchett joins us from the news room with more on this
Ken.
Ken Pritchett- Well, Janie Linda Adanalians family has started a web page that chronicles her mysterious death and the investigation. She was a picture of health and suddenly after a night with her kids at the Convention center she collapsed and later died.
WhathappenedtoLinda.com,a fitting address for a web page that asks that question. Lindas sister and brother-in-law came up with the idea and the plan.
- It really solicits feedback from the community in the hopes that someone out there may know something as to the mysterious circumstances surrounding Lindas passing.
Ken Pritchett- It is a case file with a timeline that details events before and after her death, including autopsy results and an investigation that so far has turned up next to nothing.
Meg Dalition- Im not frustrated with the investigation itself, its frustrating and disturbing to my family that at this point in time they cannot find a natural cause of death.
Ken Pritchett- On the day she died, Adanalian complained of some flu like symptoms, but she toughed it out and brought her kids here to Selland Arena for an ice show. After that show was over she complained of chest pains and difficulty breathing and collapsed. Hours later she died at Fresno Community Hospital. Lindas last moments and reactions from puzzled paramedics are on online. And you will find documents that detail her husbands efforts to wrap up the Coroners investigation despite her familys wishes.
Meg Dalition- And this has been very disturbing to our family based upon the the latest recent report from Stanford which stated that they could not find a logical explanation for her death based on her heart and they wanted the case closed based on her heart.
Ken Pritchett- The Fresno County Coroner said today that he hopes to have this investigation wrapped up in about a month.
