FRESNO -- A mother of four who died last year after collapsing at an ice show was poisoned with selenium, according to a toxicologist.
Linda Adanalian, 37, had more than 11 times the level of the element found naturally in the human body. She couldn't have accidentally ingested that amount, concluded toxicologist Henry Spiller.
The coroner will evaluate the report and determine if he agrees with it. If he does, the information will be given to the Fresno Police Department for investigation. A preliminary investigation was inconclusive. The coroner did not determine a cause of death and called it suspicious.
