Nine months before
her death, Linda was hospitalized at Saint Agnes hospital for four days with
unexplained symptoms of nausea, vomiting, vertigo, and hypotension. The
cause of that hospitalization was never determined. The Saint Agnes
medical record shows that Linda listed her parents, who lived in Hawaii, ahead
of her husband, as the first decision makers if she were unable to make medical
decisions on her own behalf. Medical experts have reviewed the medical
records and opined that Linda’s symptoms are suggestive of a poisoning with a
sub-lethal dose.
