Currently, the only mystery surrounding Linda’s murder is why California law enforcement is denying Linda justice. Rather than conduct a legitimate investigation, law enforcement has insulated the primary suspects. Indeed, Mark’s attorneys admit that the police have never even interviewed him. Click to watch In the face of physical and circumstantial evidence of murder, they run interference for the suspects by disparaging and discrediting the evidence, discouraging witnesses, and stonewalling requests for a genuine investigation.

Their devious motives were most recently exposed when Fresno’s Chief Homicide Prosecutor along with her Senior Investigator and a Fresno Police Officer flew to Texas on November 28, 2006, to interview a crucial witness, Linda’s sister, Meg Bakich. When they insisted on recording her interview and said they would not provide a copy of the audio tape, Meg said she would also record the interview. Ms. Gamoian and team instructed Meg that she could not tape record even though they were. Meg, becoming suspicious of their motives, told them ‘either we both tape record or neither of us tape.’ With that, Fresno’s law enforcement team got up and left, returning to Fresno on November 30^th without interviewing Meg. Veteran prosecutors and law enforcement professionals describe their actions as unjustifiable and unexplainable.

Over time, it has become apparent that unholy alliances and politics are influencing the investigation into Linda’s murder. David Hadden, the Fresno Police Department, and the District Attorney’s Office are coordinating their efforts to discredit the evidence and insulate the suspects. Mark Adanalian tells people that his connections will protect him. So far, he has been correct. Justice, however, will prevail. The evidence is conclusive. Those who have attempted to protect the perpetrators will be exposed.
